Throughout the Covid crisis a variety of businesses have taken a hit, and our industry is no different.
Our regular customers would have noticed a dip in normal service as late, regarding waiting times etc. We have always prided ourselves in the quality of service that we have always managed to maintain which is clear to see in our customer reviews.

This industry has taken a national hit with the loss of self employed taxi drivers becoming ill, or having to look for other sources of income outside of this industry throughout the Covid crisis. Although the taxi industry was able to still operate throughout lockdown, helping important services around the country like the NHS staff getting to work, or making sure deliveries of medicines and shopping to the general public were still getting through. This still wasn’t enough to keep the industry from being effected by the crisis.

As a result we have lost a considerable amount of drivers, which in turn has had an adverse effect on our normal service. We hope you can understand, and be patient with us while we try and build our workforce up again to cope with not only the return to normality, but the increased influx of holiday trade which is coming to the area.
Please be reassured that we shall as always endeavour to prioritise our local customers as best we can.

As a result we advise and recommend that whenever possible you try to plan ahead to book any taxis that you may require. We hope this will help you avoid any disappointment when needing our service in the future.

We thank you for your understanding and hope you can bare with us while we try and restore the normal standard of service that you have become accustomed too.
