With more and more delegates arriving for conferences by air rather than struggle on our ever increasing clogged roads. We at Price First Taxis have arranged a Cabshare system for conference delegates.
All we ask of you, the delegate, is to pre-book your journey from Exeter airport with our office, any time up to 3 days prior to your arrival.
We will then combine your booking with anyone else arriving on the same flight or within a short space of time on another flight. Depending on the number of passengers, we could get the cost down to the following prices:-

Cabshare Charges:-
2 passengers - £20.00 each.
3 passengers - £15.00 each.
4 passengers - £12.00 each.
5 passengers - £11.00 each.
6 passengers - £10.00 each.
7 passengers - £9.50 each.
8 passengers - £9.00 each.

Exact cost per delegate will not be known until you arrive at Exeter airport. We can plan everything in advance but we are reliant on the flights arriving on time. Any early or late arrivals may cause us to alter our arrangements as we do not want to keep anyone waiting at Exeter for an unduly long period of time.

The Cabshare system can also be arranged for return journeys to Exeter airport after the conference.
